Since May 25, 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) has been applicable in all European Union countries. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES OF PROCESSING

Filling out the recruitment form is equivalent to consenting to the processing of personal data for the purposes of current and future recruitment processes conducted by Softtutor Consulting Sp. z o.o. on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR for a period not exceeding 24 months.
