The main audit objective was to assess the state of implementation of application supporting controlling area. Our work included evaluation of documents and products delivered within the project from the perspective of contract conditions and verification and evaluation of the implemmentation approach. On the basis of the audit findings we identified two possible scenarios to complete the project.
In the first step we analyzed and assesed management practices in major projects of the organization. Then we developed project management methodology, project document templates and procedures for project management and project portfolio management.
