Our advisory services included a comprehensive analysis of scenarios for the development of information systems for the entire Capital Group. The objective of the project was to prepeare optimal architecture of IT systems supporting key business processes. Recommendations ware based on benchmarking study of companies with a similar profile, operating on the Polish market and in the European Union.
We prepeared IT Strategy for period 2014 - 2017. The work included an assessment of the current state of IT in scope of IT services organization, IT support for key processes and description of current IT solutions. Then we identified IT goals, determined their relationships with business objectives and defined list of initiatives along with a transformation roadmap.
